The sealing of the blisters with Tyvek or medical paper is carried out by hot welding using multiple sealing plates thermo-controlled by certified probes (+ / - 1 degree)
The insertion and positioning of the product to be sealed will take place manually, the closing of the drawer can be manual or automatic.
At the end of the cycle the drawer will open automatically allowing quick removal of the sealed product.
The electronic control of the equipment will take place via a PLC system, with set-up pages for several different work cycles.
The equipment will be equipped with a switch for remote assistance and cloud transmission of machine parameters. Furthermore, a system is integrated into it
