Our metrology room allows us to check all the mechanical components produced with the use of appropriate measuring instruments, including bore gauges, micrometers, swabs and certified three-dimensional machines.

Surface and heat treatments
We carry out heat and surface treatments for small and medium-sized mechanical parts at our technological partners. Painting, Burnishing, Sandblasting, Galvanizing, Stress Relief, Tempering, and others.
Laser cutting and folding
We carry out mechanical processes such as laser cutting, water cutting, CNC bending, punching, forming, marking and fixing fasteners, welding and polishing for small and medium-sized mechanical parts.
Mechanical Welding
We perform TIG and laser mechanical welding. We employ qualified personnel with experience to guarantee an optimal welding result. Inspection and testing procedures for welding process qualification.
