Our automatic Tray sealers machine allows automatic advancement of saucers or trays for large quantity food production, furthermore its robustness and fine finishes make it an absolute protagonist in its category. The manufacturing excellence guarantees a ten-year working life taking into account continuous and daily use. It is ideal for packaging semi-processed or processed foods with sauces and liquids in an MAP or SKIN modified atmosphere. The sealing process is automatic, with customized die-cutting of the tray profile.

Technology with injection of filler gases, which allow the product to be preserved for longer, guaranteeing long-term preservation and freshness.
Welding technology with skin function, i.e. by using a vacuum pump, adhere the film directly to the tray and therefore to the product.

Top seal is the basic function of a heat sealer, it consists in making the film adhere to the tray using heat
